Sedlak has worked in head-to-tail butchery as Head Butcher at one of the biggest restaurants in Vancouver and more recently as a Catering Chef to athletes specifically the Canadian Women’s National Soccer Team, The Vancouver Whitecaps and The Toronto Raptors.
