Doug Crabtree and Anna Jones Crabtree started Vilicus farms at the age of 40. Doug and Anna understand the challenges of taking a farm from vision to reality. Through their apprenticeship program they hope to give those who want to pursue a career in organic agriculture and aspiring farmers a real opportunity to be part of a large-scale organic dryland crop farm.
