What to expect: Holistic Management is a very powerful process to help people create the life they desire. Holistic Management teaches people how to think, not what to think. There is an old saying: give a man a fish and you feed him a day, teach him to fish and you feed him for a lifetime. Holistic Management teaches fishing.
Holistic Management takes a long-term view. Long-term regenerative ranching and farming requires success in people, land and finances simultaneously. This is exactly what Holistic Management offers people. People finish the course with a three part goal. There is in put and buy in from all people invoice. The goal deals with people, land and finances. People have better communication and team building skills to start succession planning. They have the knowledge to work with nature and improve the health of the land. They have the financial planning skills to plan for a profit. Holistic Management has the potential to be life changing!

“HM helped us improve pasture management enough that the health of our soil and our production has increased significantly. Our 15 – 20 year old sainfoin stands have improved over time and do not need reseeding. The support of our HM group by sharing, analyzing and critiquing of thoughts, ideas and plans has helped lead to these management improvements and resulted in us receiving the TESA Award in 2010. The time and money invested in HM has been returned to us many times over.”
