4 week course February 15th, February 22nd, February 29th, March 7th, 2024

Course Format: This will be a live online course led by the course instructor. It will include presentations, discussions and participatory activities. Come prepared to work on your own farm planning.

Suggested Prerequisite: Please take the Regenerative Farming and Fundamentals Course first or another Holistic Management course. If you have not and still want to register please contact dana@holisticmanagement.ca

Meet the instructors:

Dana Penrice farms with her partner Ted Chastko at Shoal Lake, Manitoba. Dana is an Accredited Professional with the Savory Institute. She completed training as an Ecological Outcome Verification Hub Verifier. Dana also works with new farmers through the Young Agrarians program and has an interest in farm transition, land access and business planning.

 

 

Bronwyn Green is passionate about growing nutritious food for her family and community in a way that regenerates our land. She has been serving and managing restaurants for the past 12 years. Bronwyn has been independently studying agriculture and food systems ever since graduating from high school, in her hometown of Winnipeg, Manitoba. Bronwyn’s favorite place to be is in her backyard garden. She is an Associate Educator with the Savory Institute. Her dream is to build a green space just outside of Winnipeg that grows nutrient dense food, restores ecosystem processes, and acts as a hub for people in the community to share, learn, and grow together.
