Monthly accountability and peer support: Learn together, share ideas, and hold each other accountable as you use the Holistic Management Framework to make meaningful change on your farm or ranch.
Access to Holistic Management experts: Be inspired and supported by experienced Holistic Management educators and practitioners who’ve used this approach to transform their land and operations.
Get better at decision-making: Strengthen your mastery of the financial planning and production planning (grazing or cropping). Test decisions against your goals so you can confidently move forward. 
This fall, we will be selecting 25 participants from across Canada to participate in this Virtual Holistic Management Club. The group will meet online monthly for 2 hours from October to May. Each session will be hosted by Dana Penrice along with guest facilitators who are Holistic Management Educators or experienced practitioners. We encourage the whole farm team to participate. Session topics will include:
- Setting a collective goal for the group
- Reviewing and refining your own Holistic Goal and Context
- Financial planning for the coming year
- Team relationships and communication
- Controlling and monitoring your financial plan
- Production planning (grazing or cropping)
- Project planning and land planning
- Ecological monitoring
We are looking for farmers and ranchers who:
- want to take their Holistic Management practice to a new level
- embrace continual improvement and know there is always something more to learn
- are eager to be part of a mutually supportive, learning community
To be eligible, applicants must:
- have taken a Holistic Management course or equivalent workshops
- be able to commit to monthly meetings (some times will be suggested in the application form to find what best suits the group)
- have access to reasonable internet connection for virtual meetings
